    Bringing home unique souvenirs from trips you’ve enjoyed is meaningful, and giving people unique gifts from other places is fun. Seek souvenirs and gifts that support local communities and do not cause harm to the environment or wildlife.

    Daily reminders to take action make a big difference!

    Using what you have instead of supporting further harm by buying things you don't necessarily need is a great way to reduce your impact, or buying or using secondhand instead of new. Aesthetics feel like they matter but in reality that isn't necessarily better for anyone or anything.

    Spending time outdoors is absolutely important for our own spiritual and emotional development.  Too often we spend the entire day rushing from place to place and don't ever take the time to stop and connect with our surroundings.
