    humans are social creatures who thrive off of social interaction (even introverts need something every once in a while). connecting with someone regularly can make both of you feel seen, heard, important, and cared for (which are all good things).

    i think that it is extremely important to get outside and "enjoy nature", whatever that looks like for you. personally, i find it a nice way to reset or clear my brain when i'm overwhelmed. i know that might not work for everybody but, it's always a good thing to get some fresh air. since our culture spends most of its time indoors, we are totally missing out on cool things to see and places to go that are all around us. there isn't a 'right' way to be outdoors more often so just getting out there in some capacity is good for us.

    my best idea about why richer countries eat more meat than people in other places, is that we have the resources to pay for livestock and poultry to be raised and farmed for mass production. eating more meat is bad for the planet because of all of the resources and land that we waste, the chemical and manure runoff that pollutes water supplies, and the greenhouse gases that are emitted by all of the things that get used in the process of raising all of the livestock and poultry.
