Oceans

Say No to Plastic Straws

An estimated 71% of seabirds and 30% of turtles have been found with plastics in their stomachs. When marine wildlife ingest plastic, they have a 50% mortality rate. By asking for no straw when placing a drink order, I will keep 3 plastic straw(s) of out of the ocean each day.

It'll be so interesting to figure that out once this is all over! I believe Deloitte is the number one purchaser of Airline tickets in the US - so I'm sure our carbon footprint has decreased significantly since travel stopped.

    Hi there,

Looking to reduce my carbon footprint, as I'm seeing how much trash I actually produce in a day.
