Grace D'Onofrio 4/01/2020 5:51 AMThe benefits of being outside, in the natural world, have been studied for years and they all seem to come to the similar conclusion that it can have positive effects on your well being. Personally, I notice the difference towards the end of my day if I haven't been outside enough. It relieves stress, and gets my away from my screen.-
