Katherine Keane 4/04/2020 2:48 PMKnowing the difference between the different ways companies date food is going to make me more aware of what food I should and shouldn't get rid of. I used to think if it was past the date on a package, whether it is sell, use, or best by, it was no good. I am now more aware of how to know if food is good to keep or not which will minimize my food waste. -

Katherine Keane 4/01/2020 1:22 PMI agree that spending time outside and in nature are needed for emotional wellness, and for some people, spiritual wellness. I think in today's society, a lot of time is spent indoors and on screens. Spending time indoors has become such a norm, and can lead to laziness, limit our potential to better ourselves, and decrease our happiness. However, I think that going out and being outside benefits our health, mood, and overall keep us stimulated.
