a cold shower has so many benefits health-wise and also good for the environment because you don't have to heat up the water. unless you have a house that runs completely reusable energy than you should try it, either way, its like having 10cups of coffee because you feel alive. don't make it to cold because then you just get extreme cold and shiver for a lot of the day. me in the middle, also you can start out hot then go colder

    last day of eco challenge.
    For the school we should do some kind of program like the eco-challenge and give some prizes if we can and then more people would be interested in a year on or even life long goal to be more sustainable and we can even compete against local schools or individual classes and expand the program so we don't wait till April to do the eco-challenge again.
