Garbage Assessment

I will before Taking the garbage out, identify any plastic, paper or string type material that has loops in it for wildlife to get stuck in. People Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

Because we're all social distancing, it has been crucial to finding new ways to stay in touch with family and friends. We've made some chat groups that have helped us keep in touch more often and to check-in on each other

    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

Once a week I go through my fridge to use up anything that may be hiding in the back, I love cooking so I buy lots of veggies and sometimes some go bad sooner than others, so I try to pay attention and keep an eye on that. I've also been putting things like green onion bottoms in water and they're growing so I've used those ends for cooking instead of buying more
