Oceans Say No to Plastic Straws
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I some times use straws. I would substitute plastic straws with a reusable straw.

    Forests Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I have always at home used reusable cubs and mugs and never really had an issue with using plastic water bottles because my family has a soda streamer meaning that we do not need to buy carbonated water. I do have issues using plastic straw because I tend to forget my reusable one at home. I can stop this habit by creating a check list that reminds me to bring it with me when I am going out.

How does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?

Connecting with others helps your own mental and emotional health because it helps you interact with others and keep friendships a live even during difficult times. It can also help others because it can give them a person to talk to about issues that may be going on.
