The ocean helps to regulate our climate, it provides protein for us, holds majority of the earth's water, and it supports life. You can not litter. You throwing trash out could possibly kill life in the ocean. We could use less plastic. We can reduce the amount of carbon we use by riding a bike, walking, or use public transportation rather than driving a car.

My family and I can be more aware of the water we use and try not to use as much. We can cut down on using water when we do not really need to.

Connecting with others can help improve your mental stability by allowing you to associate with your friends or family even though you may not be able to see them right now. Calling others and checking on them can help them to know that they have someone who cares about them and wants to keep in touch with them.
