    It helps to make you feel like you're not alone. It's a reassurance that people still care about you and you'll see them again. It's fun to talk to people too, you can play games virtually and just have fun.

    Spending time outside does leave me feeling refreshed, but it can also make me uneasy, nervous, anxious, or feel like I would rather be in a tiny box forever. So this sometimes rings true for me, but when I'm feeling for the worse it doesn't. The implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors would be if a disaster happened they might not be able to survive out in the wild. They probably don't talk to a lot of people outside of the internet.
