    I use canvas bags instead of paper bags, choose cloth over paper for most things, cut down on the energy I use in my home, eat less meat, recycle as often as I can.

    Pollinators are vital to creating and maintaining the habitats and ecosystems that many animals rely on for food and shelter. Worldwide, over half the diet of fats and oils comes from crops pollinated by animals. They facilitate the reproduction in 90% of the world's flowering plants.

    Food sovereignty is the right to choose what food to eat, where it comes from and how it is grown. The United States Department of Agriculture ( USDA ) defines food security as the ability of all people to access enough food for a healthy, active lifestyle at all times. This is an important goal

    Promote wildlife use by setting up bird and bat houses. Eradicate and control introduced weeds on your property. Keep vehicles on main roads to reduce the spread of weeds and disturbance to wildlife. Monitor and assess your pets' impact on biodiversity.
