I always enjoy these challenges.  They drive me to focus more, learn more, and treat the environment better.

I now know some pollinating plants to bring into my property and which in the open field near our home benefit the bees and monarchs.  Once things settle down, hopefully I can plant a few more.

Very glad my challenge of spending some time outside each day is driving me to get out of the house for at least 30 minutes each day.

Going to try to make some time for my one-time challenges.  Time to learn some new things that can shape how I shop and appreciate the environment.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Wildlife Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

I've been ordering online for grocery pickup and while I usually use reusable bags I can't give them to the shopper and have been getting groceries in either plastic bags or paper bags.  I recycle those,  It's the best I can do right now.

Had a zoom with my extended family yesterday.  It was great to see everyone's face, catch up and encourage each other to get through this period of time.
