By taking a closer look at what products we are sending down our drains and into our water supply we can avoid damaging it further. Our choices collectively add up and if we all take a closer look at what products we are using we can have a big impact overall.

Reconnecting with others allows for me to regather myself and realize that sooner or later all of this will end so long as we all do what we are supposed to do - social distance! Speaking to others on the phone gives them the sense that they are not alone and that if they are going through anything or feel especially lonely during this isolating time - they can reach out to me and I will talk to them. It is a way we can make this isolating time feel kinder and give ourselves and others just a touch of normalcy.
