    Humans are social animals! We crave feeling supported, valued and connected. Connecting with others helps our own mental health by curbing that craving for support and connection. it can support the others in the same way.

    It is important to support local organizations and businesses because they often have a lower carbon footprint than larger organizations and businesses. This builds a more resilient community because these organizations and businesses are operated by the neighbors of the community. The owners actually care about and are invested in the well-being of the community.
