With our kid home for the duration, we've been filling up that dishwasher almost every two days! Amazing how much a 26-year-old man eats.

Glad to be working together with SEEDS to impact this challenge (I'm not too swift at keeping track, however).

I forgot this challenge was going on at all for a bit there, life & work has been so full!

It's tough to stay engaged in this since I've been so busy trying to do work that I'd normally not be doing right now, but I'm glad to be part of the team again. Go SEEDS!

Changing lightbulbs is an excellent first step toward energy efficiency! In what other ways can you exercise your civic duty to protect the environment and reduce carbon emissions?

Did it! I put LEDs in my garage which are much better for nighttime visibilty.

Really critical to speak to people who we otherwise would be visiting in person, or who we would normally not connect with but are checking in for different parts of the country. We're doing this almost every night with people in our extended friend circle.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

It has been the most healing part of my day, to be able to step outside at least twice for walks of over 30 minutes with my dog and/or family members.
