    Connecting with people will help them know that they are not alone. That there are people who care for them and people who will stand by their side. We should check on our friends and family members and help them get through what they are feeling. If they’re sad, we should tell them that we care for them and we should tell them to not make sadness as their default emotion. If they’re happy, support and join them.
