REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Jenna Waller 4/26/2020 1:01 PMConnecting with others allows us to keep existing relationships flourishing despite the ongoing crisis. It helps my mental and emotional health by allowing me to still communicate with those who mean the most to me. Even in these hard times, it is important to check up on your friends and family to ensure they're also doing well.
