    During the quarantine, I have found that even a short walk outside can be very refreshing and relieve stress. Especially in this Spring weather, getting outside a few times a day has been a highlight.

    I find it most difficult to use reusable coffee cups while traveling or commuting to work. I have purchased a reusable mug that I keep at my office for use while at work.

    I've really been enjoying the challenge so far - it's giving me a reason to get outside every day, and I'm realizing that it's pretty easy to pick up a couple pieces of litter every day, and it helps me give back to my community.
