    With all that's going on right now, the Ecochallenge was a refreshing, grounding and peaceful experience. I've noticed my habits changing and I'm excited to carry on my new sustainable practices well into the future.

    Went shopping today for my rabbits here are some really nice reusable bags from Natural Grocer

    My eco friendly habbit is taking reusable bags to the store. I told my  friend about these bags how sturdy they  are and even though their not that big they hold alot compared to the plastic bags that normally break it saves me money and time and is good for the planet and now I have less trash to t hrow out

    I learned about Oceans Greens from a article I read on Oceanpreneur website explaining how these Greens are a important source for food and that people have been using Algae and Sea Plants preferably in the Asian Communities to cook sushi,seaweed,sea grapes etc. Now these plants are being introduced to our markets in the most recent years...

    Woke this morning and went out to take a fresh breath of our cool Colorado mountain air.....so refreshing, invigorating, filling my lungs, holding the breath......ahhhhhhhh.  All the while looking at the blue sky...........
