I started out so excited to do this but then I got sick and couldn't do much or I'd completely forget to post so even though I had good intentions I think I blew it this time.  Hopefully next year will be so much better!
I apologize to my team for not seeing this through.

I am super paranoid about spoiled food and my family getting food poisoning so diving into the different meanings of all the dates has actually given me a lot of comfort!  I feel like I will not be getting rid of half as much food as I have been prior to knowing this.  I feel so much better about this because I HATED throwing the food away but we weren't always able to finish by the "sell by" date which I now know is not a problem!
