    I can encourage biodiversity by my own actions is to carefully choose the soil that me and my family use for planting and to make sure to always use organic along with compost.

    Connecting with others helps my emotional health by allowing me to communicate and know that my friends miss me equally, and it supports others by knowing that I am there to talk with them.
