REFLECTION QUESTIONPeopleHow does the act of picking up litter connect you more to your community?
Roxane Beigel-Coryell 4/28/2020 10:28 AMI went out for a walk yesterday and found 3 large pieces of litter that I picked up, one of which was a recently used disposable water bottle at the top of a hill. It made me so sad to think that people who are going out and presumably appreciating the access they have to natural areas for recreation and clean air, are still selfish or careless enough to litter. I hope that we learn many lessons from this pandemic, including a greater appreciation for nature, clean air and water, and the opportunity to revisit what we consider business as usual. -
Roxane Beigel-Coryell 4/10/2020 10:27 AMI like to listen to music while I shower, so I'm using songs to help me track how long I'm in the shower for! My goal is to shower for two songs or less. So far proving successful!
