Stay on the Ground
Instead of traveling by plane, I will find an alternative way to accomplish the goals of an upcoming trip (i.e. telepresence, vacation locally).

Forest-Friendly Foods
I will replace or remove the palm oil, coffee, and cocoa products in my current diet that are known to contribute to deforestation.
Fresh Water

REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate Stay on the GroundWhat was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?
Bethel Belai 4/14/2020 2:05 PMI travelled using car and saved time and money while doing so. In general, cars are not always the most sustainable way of traveling either, but it was one step closer to better climate control compared to plane.
