    if its a best used by date then i can purchase it even on the date or after if its something less perishable. were as knowing an expiration date can prevent making decisions that could result in sickness

    when you sit in your room all day you can forget there's other things going on. connecting with people can brighten your day and give you variety from the day to day. you talking to people can support people in so many ways. but it ultimately just lets them know there's someone who cares or thought about them.

    I notice that i put about 5 gallons of compost away each week, the compost will be used in my moms garden.
