I'm in charge of most of the dishes in our house, so I thought this would be a good way for me to reduce our household water consumption. Starting this challenge has brought to light some habits of mine that I could absolutely change. For starters, when I do rinse dishes, I tend to leave the sink on for the next one. I've started consciously shutting off the sink between dishes so it's not just going down the drain.
