Almost half way through the challenge and I'm really enjoying it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

This helps you make an intelligent decision and you won't be putting your health at risk because you know the different meanings.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

I'm not surprised by the amount that is being wasted at all. You see people in public throwing away a great amount of food all the time. Using the money that is being wasted on food could go to people who actually need food.

How difficult or easy was it to change your diet?

It was very difficult to change my diet. I'm just like the average person who likes to enjoy fast food every now and then. However, I felt extremely better when I cut fast food out of my diet.

Never knew how many documentaries about saving the earth were on Netflix until now.
