    This has been a very fun experience, I plan to continue my new habits that I have started from being more mindful of the environment.

    Started working on my reflection! feeling good about my work with saving the local environment and doing my part. Today on my run I picked up and properly disposed of all trash I found on the ground!

    I think that I was well educated on Best Buy/ use by/ sell by dates. but this research has given me even more information and allows me to better buy foods to reduce waste.

    I think that building bonds with people in the community does a big part in helping keep the society going. I also think that volunteering your time for a bigger cause does a lot for smaller businesses or businesses that need assistance

    I spent the last three days more chillin due to a foot injury from walking instead of driving. BUT I  have still been using my meal plans and reusing my shaker bottle to reduce the waste of cups and water bottles! I am excited to hear how you all are doing!

    Spending the day at home today. no work to be done. Will go for a walk to pick up trash and enjoy nature! Keep pushing through this!

    I have been more conscious about my waste and I have been walking EVERYWHERE! Luckly for me Its been really nice out. I went and picked up some trash outside in my neighborhood!

    Started this morning by walking to the work and back and then meal prepping for the next couple days to avoid wasting food. I am now going to volunteer some of my time at an elderly home that is impacted by the corona virus!
