    I usually use straws when I go out but this can be easily avoided by using no straw of bringing your own

    I think to make sure that the guidelines are followed we just need to read more packages to know where stuff is coming from

    Sell by is what the store needs to get the product out by but use by is when you need to eat/drink it. Knowing this can be helpful so you aren't wasting food.
