    Spending time out doors has been great for my mental health during all of this and has really made things come into focus a bit more.

    Using a reusable mug makes so much sense for the environment. Plus, making coffee at home can save you a lot of money.

    Taking long car rides can seem daunting, but it is also fun to make a trip out of it! Site see a little and maybe take a couple extra days so you can really take your time.

    I used to be so afraid of eating or drinking anything close to the expiration date. But I have done so research and learned alternative ways of making sure some foods are safe past the expiration date.

    Researching your current energy companies options is a great way to know what is avalible in your area and how you can be apart of it!

    There is a lot of information out there on why energy efficient lightbulbs are the right choice. Not only does it save you money, but it helps the environment in the long run!
