During COVID19 - I reach out to others in my address book that I haven't spoke to just to keep touch with them. I am making a goal to do this one time per day.

REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building ResilienceRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Yvette Cortez 4/14/2020 12:42 PMI venture out each morning for a morning worship walk to thank God for today, to thank HIM for HIS wonderful creation of everything around me and to enjoy the beauty of the area I live. It really helps me with my emotional development - to awaken my spirit, my mind, my body and truly have a heart of gratitude for this day.
Implications of a culture that spends majority of time indoors - hurried, rushed, closed in, confined, lack of connection, stress, no time just to relax and take in the beauty of all that we are surrounded with.
