Oceans produce 70% of the oxygen on earth and, in many ways, it regulates our climate. One way I can help take care of ocean health is by reducing my plastic waste and by purchasing ocean-friendly products.

Connecting with others helps my own mental health because it makes me feel happier and increases my self-worth and my sense of purpose. Connecting with friends and family helps others because it allows them to have a feeling of belonging and shows that others care. It provides a sense of security and support from others.
