I will get involved with the Alberta Coop member meetings by the end of the month.

I will volunteer 3 hour(s) in my community helping people who are most at need right now, including elderly and immunocompromised people, people without childcare, and people whose jobs have been affected by social distancing measures.

I will replace 30 minute(s) each day typically spent inside (computer time, watching television, etc.) with quality time outside that follows CDC guidelines for preventing disease spread.

I will pick up 2 piece(s) of litter each day while following the CDC’s current guidelines for prevention of disease transfer.

I will spend at least 6 minute(s) a day researching climate issues or climate solutions in my local area and share with others through my team feed, social media, or conversations with my peers.
