    Locally, I think the fact that our main source of energy is nuclear energy along with imported fossil fuels is massive detriment to our environment. The issue of space and expense is a key factor when trying to implement renewable energy it seems, but I do think that this is all just related to politics and the faster we move to renewable energy the better it will be for our environment. 
    Globally, I think that fossil fuel exportation is still a massive market for a lot of the global economies.... which means they wont willingly give up this source of profit. The quicker the major corporations are able to switch to renewable energy, the faster the society itself will be willing to follow... 
    I hope that if anything comes out of this Covid19 situation, it is that the world sees what a dire state the earth is in... and that we cannot go back to the way things were.
