    Recently I have stopped flushing as often and only when necessary. I left a sticky note on the toilet top to remind me.

    I am grateful for all of the beautiful land and sea structures that i am able to observe on a daily basis and that is what i created.

    I talked to my mom about the next time we go on a trip to not fly. Also we can use different forms of travel like boats and cars.

    We will feel better as a culture if we spend more time outdoors and not inside playing games or watching Netflix.
