While we can send funding to help around the world, by taking action in our local communities, we are actively working in the place we cause the most direct damage. every effort helps, and small things we do in our community can create a larger positive across the globe.

I'm grateful for the diversity in ecosystems and the beautiful opportunities in those differences. It creates a reason to travel, to connect with people around the world, to try new foods and see new animals.

I've been an active supporter of Charity Water for years. Water pollution is more likely to effect low-income populations. Ilnesses can easily be spread through polluted water, and populations without clean water are more likely to be unable to treat those illnesses effectively.

    Forests Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I have found the biggest challenge is simply the concern about washing it. Using fun mugs is a ways to create a small joy, and building a fun mug collection gives me motivation to stick with my mugs.
