  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

In this time where so many a confined to their homes, taking at least a few minutes to go for a walk, even just in your neighborhood can not only break you out of the gloom of what is going on in the world, but gives you a chance to remember there is still so much beauty to be found!
