Hanain Hafeez 4/01/2020 10:43 PMIt can be very easy to isolate oneself to your own thoughts and feelings for a variety of reasons. Whilst it's okay for short periods of time, prolonged isolation can lead to a significant depreciation in your mood making you significantly at compromising your mental health. It is fundamental that you connect with people to help decrease your stress levels, learn and teach empathy and compassion and essentially grow as an individual by opening yourself to new ideas.
