    I am grateful for the fresh water we are able to drink everyday. I would like to share my gratitude with the people who go underground to access coal.

    It helps you mentally because knowing your helping the environment planting a tree is satisfying and physically helps you breathe and helps your spiritual health knowing you did a good deed.

    In the future I can plan my trips accordingly, to make sure there are safe efficient ways I can travel other than flying. Trains are a great way to train in a safe timely manner.

    A few years ago their was a time were access to water was hard than usual to get. Stores were limiting customers on how much water they could buy at once.

    I would say turning off the water when I brush my teeth. I ensure it by writing my self notes on my mirror to remind me to turn off the water.

    They merely mark the last day before food quality declines. I keep in my expected day I plan on eating the food too.

    Limiting things such as  food, shelter, water and space can alter plant and animal population.
