I can support biodiversity by creating an environment in my backyard that supports a variety of species and plants and by not using any harsh chemicals that hurt the natural systems in place.  I can buy local food to support small farms that also practice ecological farming and not support companies that are hurting our natural world.

Because they pollinate our crops so we can have food.
