I am happier when talking to my family and friends. I can lean on them if needed and they can lean on me if needed. During this time a lot of us often get frustrated and down. We need a friendly voice to pick us up sometimes.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    People Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

I do believe we need the outdoors. I know I am more relaxed and calm after spending sometime outside. Plus its a way to get rid of stored up energy in your body. If not released the right way could turn into anxiety or anger and cause mental health issues. I have a son with such issues. I know he sometimes will just do laps around the house to get out this  energy. It helps. He feels more calm.

    People Keep My Community Clean
How does the act of picking up litter connect you more to your community?
