We have had more family time being outdoors more. I'm walking the dog everyday so we both get fresh air and exercise, my kids are playing outside and getting dirty, my husband started a veggie garden and cleaned up our yard, and we just get a sense of freshness when we come back inside.

The need for human connection is strong right now. I love being able to FaceTime my family to check in and see what they are doing. We also have family game nights over the phone or we watch the same movie and chat about it after. It's been fun being creative when it comes to connecting with others. I don't feel so isolated or lonely as I did in the beginning.
