Elizabeth Kubacki 4/02/2020 6:53 AMI'm not a huge coffee aficionado, so the extent of my coffee bean consumption mostly included whatever roast/flavor sounded good, ensuring the coffee was fair-trade, and trying to find a shade grown grow. After research I now understand the importance of all these elements and more. I am not committed to buying only sustainable coffee beans, regardless of premium, as I have the ability to do so.
