    I use only natural based washing products that would be safe to water plants with. I only purchase products that are healthy for me and the environment. During these times when we are washing our hands so frequently, it is important to be conscious of what soap you are using.

    I have been mindful to plan out what I will make for dinner that is healthy and will provide leftovers throughout my day. I ask my husband what he would like to have and then decide what I would like, look up ideas and then through it together. I try to waste as little as possible in the process. I have also stopped buying a large amount of perishable items unless I plan on using them in the following week to limit what can go bad.
