Knowing about the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower me to make better decisions by letting me not be so wasteful with my food. Before as soon as my food passed the expiration date I threw it away without even trying to see if it went bad. But now I will be more conservative and save my food past the expiration date knowing that most of the time it’s safe to eat.

Connecting with others helped my mental and emotional health by giving me a chance to say what's on my mind and letting it all out. It gives me a chance to connect with others and see how they'll make me feel not alone at times.  Can it help support others by building stronger relationships, and giving them the support they need.
