Chyna Lumpkin 4/26/2020 12:02 PMI actually glad I downloaded this app because it’s important to know what kind of seafood and sushi you are eating and where the fish is coming from. For me I don’t eat fish because I am a vegetarian and the reason for me to not eat fish is because fish it’s other fish and fish eat the trash that human put into the ocean as well but I do eat sushi with out fish and eat seafood as well I’m glad I am able to learn more about what I am putting inside my body and for my health and what’s good to it and what’s not good to eat -
Chyna Lumpkin 4/25/2020 4:02 PMI recently went to jewels to by a case of water to drink it. So I gave myself a goal to drink 2 bottles everyday. To clean out my body and also to clear up my face when I drink water I like to put small fruit inside either strawberry or lemons. -

The picture I am sharing today is from senior year community service trip we went out to Tinley park and planted some trees the reason why I am sharing this picture and why it’s a big impact to my life is because the tress will grow and so will we. And I plan on going out once a year to go look at the tree grow taller and bigger and today is actually earth day so it’s a good day to share this -
Chyna Lumpkin 4/21/2020 2:07 PMFood learn the truth about expiration dates : what I have learned was Difference between use by and best before...Use by dates indicate when a product may no longer be safe to eat. You can still eat food after its best before date, but its flavour and texture is most likely not as good as before the date. The reason why I took interest in this challenge the reason why is because I buy milk and it has an expiration date but it always say Best Buy and I never knew if we buy it before that day and when it comes to the date does it expire or is it still good.
