What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Almost everyday I use reusable items, instead of using and tossing plastic straws I use reusable ones when I get drinks, I don't drink bottled water instead I use my Brita to refill my reusable bottle, I drink my coffee from a mug every day and if I have to go out I use a reusable metal to go cup to keep it hot and not waste any resources, also when shopping I use reusable paper bags instead go wasting plastic bags from the stores.
