REFLECTION QUESTIONFresh Water Use a Reusable Water BottleUsing the links provided, investigate the bottling practices of water corporations. There have been many cases where the water rights of the local people have been violated or even completely disregarded when a corporation decides to bottle water from a particular water source. How can you advocate for those who have been harmed - both humans and wildlife - by this bottling process?
Isaac Meadows 4/30/2020 5:28 AMOne of the main things that we can do to advocate against bottled water is to boycott them and use a reusable bottle. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONForests Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Isaac Meadows 4/30/2020 5:26 AMTo be honest there is not much that stands in my way noting I used a reusable one the majority of the time, the only thing that I need to do is to commit to using one all the time. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Isaac Meadows 4/30/2020 5:22 AMI would say that connecting with others makes us feel less alone during a time of crisis like now. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Spend Time OutsideRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Isaac Meadows 4/23/2020 9:21 AMI belive that that quote is very true noting I love the outside and am mystified by some of its wonders. I feel that we spend to much time inside and that we need to just go outside and look at the natural world sometimes. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Isaac Meadows 4/02/2020 6:19 AMPeople in richer countries can afford more meat therfore expanding the big meat industries which is inhuman along with bad for the environment
