I will watch at least 5 Creeks Division PSA videos throughout the month of April.

I will research native plants at least once per week.

I will learn what to do if I ever find a wild animal in need.

I will learn how to live in harmony with a wild species in Santa Barbara County and beyond.

I will become informed about our local CSA (community-supported agriculture) resources through reading the below article.

I will purchase food from my local farmers market at least twice in the month of April.

I will donate food to the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County.

I will either buy a gift card, write a review, order takeout/delivery, or ask how to help a local business.

I will sign up for a volunteering shift with the Foodbank using the link below.

Zoomers to Boomers is a group of young people looking to help our community by delivering groceries to the vulnerable. I will share this service with someone that could use their help and/or volunteer to deliver groceries.

I will connect with at least 3 person/people a day through phone call or video chat to support mine and other’s mental and emotional health during this challenging time.

I will buy organic cotton and foods grown without the use of synthetic nitrogen fertilizers.

I will avoid sending up to .69 lbs (.31 kg) of food waste to the landfill each day by composting my food or learning how to.

Plastic bags can be mistaken for food by many wild animals. If at all possible, I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases, including produce bags.
