    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

This doesn't surprise me as most people buy a lot of food on an impulse. By planning I was able to save much more money than usual. I would rather use this money to help pay bills or entertainment.

By spending more time outdoors you can feel more relaxed and at peace with yourself. You can focus on the sounds of nature rather than other stressful things happening in your life.

By knowing the difference between them I can buy different groceries that would better impact the environment, instead of what will last the longest.
