    Connecting with others helps me feel more normal in my daily routine and gives me time to unwind between schoolwork. Reaching out to others can help make them feel less alone and lets them know that someone is thinking of them.

    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit?     Many places such as drive-thru restaurants and dining halls have restrictions on filling a personal bottle. This can usually be avoided by getting water or filling up frequently in places that you know are available. It makes me feel like this should be the norm.
